Score
Entries are sorted by highest score first. This is the default order.
#Votes
Entries are sorted by highest number of votes first. Some people feel that the number of votes is more important than scores — that is, that the fact that people chose to vote for a work is in itself more significant than how many points they assign it.
Alphabetical
Titles/authors in alphabetical order. Useful if you're looking for something. (Control-F find is of course useful too.)
Recent
Those most recently added to the database are listed first. Useful if you're looking to vote on only the entries you haven't already voted on.
