Critters is 23!
Yes, 23 years ago Critters was born. Wow! Thanks so much to all of you, who've made it such a resounding success!
Critters no longer accepting European Union members :(It's with a heavy heart that I have to announce Critters can no longer accept people in the European Union as members. This is a result of the "GDPR" privacy laws going into effect. I'm a big fan of privacy, and applaud the general idea behind the GDPR, but the way it's implemented forces me to close the door to EU writers. [read more why...]

Network speeding up
I'm switching the connection over to a new, shiny 10X faster network because of all the load. There might be bits of downtime as your boxes learn new addresses and things. Should be brief. Let me know of any prolonged outages you see.
Preditors & Editors Changeover
With the very sad passing of Dave Kuzminski, who ran P&E, I've taken over the P&E duties. Lots of what I hope are improvements; check it out at pred-ed.com.

The author captured the essence of the original titanic whilst re creating a reason for the sinking. The author dedicated part of his book to all those lost on that day and wished them peace which I feel is a unique way to respect them and the original story of their tragic demise.
Kept you enthralled from start to finish. Would make a great film
An entralling read that kept me wanting to read on!
Great twist on a classic historical story
a stupidly under read writer..the next king
Hartwell's Tip of the Iceberg was a refreshing change in the over-populated zombie genre. How could you not like an alternative Titanic story where the iceberg is the hero.
Brilliant read, wasn’t sure how he would put zombies on the titanic but I didn’t put it down.
A great read and brilliantly written. A real page turner with a great story line and I love the ending!
Fantastic read, kept me hooked until the end
I thought that this book was a first rate debut novel.
A genuinely novel approach to an popular trope, and thoroughly entertaining. A clear love for the genre, and a talent worth watching.
Superb read with an interesting twist
The writing is excellent
Fantastic book! Great story line, great characters, well written and I loved the ending!
this was an excellent read, could hardly put it down. Characters were all believable and a great idea to use an historic event to tell a new story.. well done Ash
